At YenTen Farm, air and water go throw levels of filter before reaching the plantations. Filter gauzes and wet pad system are set up to remove sand, gravel, charcoal and smaller particles, help purifying the air effectively. Water needs to go through the aeration process and activated carbon filters before storing reserved for future uses.
With Environment Control System adopted, we are able to create a natural, clean and secured environment, which allows us to grow the fungi without exposing to any unwanted hazards.

Through pioneering farming techniques and unique greenhouse designs, those allow us to provide a clean, pesticide-free environment. We keep a land of green at the plant, where fireflies can be spotted every summer.

The farm adopts ECS (Environment Control System) practice that helps minimalise exposure to pests and bugs.

Window fans are installed in the hermetic plantations for airflows.

A thorough sterilisation is required once harvested, for the next batch of fruiting blocks to flourish in the clean environment.

The Wood Ear mushrooms are packed and stored in large refrigerator on site once harvested, which ensure the quality as the products distributed to the consumers.
