  • What payment methods does YenTen Farm Online Store accept?

    We accept ATM transfer and pay on delivery.


    • When the orders are made with ATM transfer payment, we will send you an email with further details. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure to contact us to provide the name and last 4 digit of the account when the payment is made.

  • Can I buy the raw materials of Ganoderma Lucidum?

    Yes, you can. We have dried Ganoderma Lucidum, Ganoderma Lucidum powder (6-times-concentrated, 30-times-concentrated), Ganoderma Lucidum capsules along with others. For further inquiries please feel free to contact us.
  • What are the white bits on the inside of the Wood ear mushrooms?

    As the Wood Ear mushrooms were not sink in water beforehand, the spores will still be attached. Once rinsed with water, the spores will fall off.
  • Do the colour and texture differ from seasons?

    As we aim to deliver the healthy and organic products, all the fruits are grown under pesticide-free, natural environment. Hence the texture, colour, and the size of the fruits differ with growth rates and seasonal changes. 

    Whether it is summer or winter, we dedicate to present the high quality.

  • Why do the Wood Ear mushrooms come with the stems?

    The stems are part of the sawdust that connects the Wood Ear mushrooms with the substrate bags. We harvest and pack the Wood Ear mushrooms with the stems as it helps keeping the products fresh longer.
  • Do the Wood Ear mushrooms come in institutional packs (bulk quantity)?

    Yes, along with the 600g/box, we have institutional packs for bulk quantity requirements.
