  • What payment methods does YenTen Farm Online Store accept?

    We accept ATM transfer and pay on delivery.


    • When the orders are made with ATM transfer payment, we will send you an email with further details. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure to contact us to provide the name and last 4 digit of the account when the payment is made.

  • Shipping

    • Distribution hours: MON.~FRI.
    • Dried products should be distributed with T-Cat Logistics/Kerry TJ Logistics Services.
    • For orders on Freshly-Picked Wood Ear mushrooms, please contact us at 0928-219-100 Mr. Lin
    • Payments are collected at the time of delivery (freight included).
    • Additional charges are required for shipping of offshore islands.
    • International shipping is not available.
    • The delivery hours differ with the logistics arrangements between the cities; should you encounter late delivery, please contact us via email or TEL.
    • Deliveries might experience delay during holidays.


  • How do I place an order?
