  • What’s the different between 30 times concentrated-extract and 6 times concentrated-extract?

    The only different is the amount that has been concentrated. The effectiveness of a 30-times-concentrated capsule equals to 5 of the 6-times-concentrated capsules, hence it is recommended to those who require high volume as it helps to ease the pill burden.

  • Are the Wood Ear mushrooms edible when uncooked?

    The Wood Ear mushrooms are listed as edible fungus, whether it is organic or not, Wood Ear mushrooms should be blanched before eaten. Scalding the Wood Ear mushrooms with boiled water for 30 seconds is recommended.

  • Are the stems of Wood Ear mushrooms edible?

    The stems are not edible as the stems are part of the sawdust that connects the Wood Ear mushrooms with the substrate bags. The stems should be easily removed when washed with water.

  • What is the recommended daily intake of the capsules?

    The recommended dosages are as follows:

    For the 6-times-concentrated, take 3 to 5 capsules /day prior to meals. 

    For the 30-times-concentrated, take 1 to 3 capsules/day prior to  meal.

  • Are the Ganoderma Lucidum capsules made from mycelium or fruiting body?

    The products are made from the fruiting bodies as the Ganoderma Lucidum are shipped straight from the farm to the government-certified pharmaceutical once harvested.

  • I would like to purchase fresh Wood Ear mushrooms, where can I get them?

    Our fresh products are available at Costco Wholesales (600g/pack) and Carrefour (450g/pack).

  • Is it mole on the sawdust that comes with the Wood Ear mushrooms?

    The white bits around the sawdust/stems are the hyphae of the Wood Ear mushrooms. The hyphae are edible yet can also be removed before cooking on preferences.
