As one of the most challenging fungi to grow, Wood Ear mushrooms require decent sunlight, oxygen, and 100% of humidity to cultivate.
For fungus farm back in days, insects and bugs were an everyday issue. Large amount of pesticides were used to avoid the harassment of the pests, which resulted in difficulty on quality control.
Seeing as eco-friendly and quality comes first, the farm owner Chen Chiang-Chien carried out to bring the pesticide-free farms into existence using innovative techniques, and a strong desire to deliver fresh products to the regions.
